For owner-led businesses in Central Florida · 10–75 employees
You didn't start a business to be the HR department.
Fixed-price HR help you can buy right now. Pick what you need, pay online, answer a short questionnaire, and get the work back in writing. You won't have to sit through a sales call or a discovery meeting.
From an HR practitioner in Orlando. Practical HR guidance, not legal advice.
Sound familiar?
- "I have an employee situation and I'm not sure what I'm allowed to do." Attendance, performance, a complaint, or a termination you want to get right.
- "Florida's minimum wage went to $15 on September 30. Are we actually compliant?" Pay rates, tipped wages, overtime for salaried leads, posters, I-9s and E-Verify.
- "Our handbook is from 2019, if we have one at all." Policies live in texts and people's heads.
- "We're hiring and onboarding is whatever the manager remembers." New people get a different story every time.
- "We just crossed 15, 25 or 50 employees." Each of those thresholds brings new federal or Florida obligations.
Pick one, pay, done
Every option has a fixed price, a defined scope and a turnaround date. You pay upfront by card, then answer a short online questionnaire, and the work comes back to you in writing.
All prices are proposed and not final yet.

How it works
Buy online
Choose an option above and pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout. You'll get a receipt right away.Answer the intake
After payment, you go straight to a short questionnaire (5–15 minutes) where you can upload documents. The clock starts when it's complete.Get it in writing
Your deliverable arrives by email from hello@jdhr.solutions by the turnaround date. Follow-ups happen by email too.
The price you see is the price you pay. If your request turns out to be bigger than the option you bought, I'll tell you before doing any extra work, and you can get a refund instead.
If I can't help with your question, or it needs an attorney rather than HR, I'll tell you why and refund you in full.
What you share is used only to do the work. You won't be added to any mailing list. See the privacy notice.

Who does the work
I'm an HR practitioner based in Orlando. I work with owner-led businesses that have outgrown "the owner handles HR" but aren't ready for a full-time HR hire.
[CREDENTIALS PLACEHOLDER] Years of HR experience, industries, certifications (e.g. SHRM / HRCI, only if held; no employer names), and one or two sentences about the kind of work you've done. Jarrod to supply; nothing here is filled in yet.
My approach is practical: fix what matters most first, write things down in plain English, and tell you honestly when something needs an employment attorney instead of an HR person.
Questions owners ask before buying
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Everything is done in writing: you buy online, fill in a questionnaire, and get your answer or deliverable by email. If you ever want a call, you can ask, but it's never required to buy or to get your work.
Which option should I pick?
If you have one specific question, buy an HR Quick Answer ($79). If you don't know what you're missing, buy the Florida HR Checkup ($395). If you need written policies, buy Handbook in 10 Days ($1,450). If issues keep coming up every month, choose HR on Call ($750/month). Start with a Quick Answer if you're unsure, and its fee is credited if you upgrade within 30 days.
What if my question is bigger than a Quick Answer?
I'll tell you within 1 business day and offer either a refund or an upgrade. You won't be billed anything extra unless you say yes.
Are you a lawyer?
No. I give practical HR guidance and build HR documents and processes. For legal questions, active claims, lawsuits or agency charges, I'll tell you plainly, refund you if I can't help, and point you to an employment attorney.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. It's used only to do your work. Please describe employee situations without names or medical details unless they're truly needed.
Do you only work with Central Florida businesses?
I'm based in Orlando and focus on Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, but because everything is done online, I can work with any Florida employer.
Do you do payroll or benefits?
No. I work alongside your payroll provider, CPA and benefits broker.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
If I can't help, you get a full refund. HR on Call is month to month, and you can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal or by email. See the terms.
Do you send invoices or accept ACH?
Card checkout is the fastest. If your business needs an invoice or ACH, email hello@jdhr.solutions with the option you want.
