JD HR Solutions ("we", "us") provides practical fractional HR support to small service businesses. This notice explains what information we collect through jdhr.solutions and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Inquiry details you send us. When you use our website forms (the question form or the checklist form) or email hello@jdhr.solutions, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of your HR question or project.
- Payment details. If you pay for a service, payment is processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details (name, email, amount); we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Purchase details. When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment and shares your name, email, billing details and what you bought with us. We never see or store your full card number.
- Intake answers. After purchase, you complete an online intake form, and we receive your answers and any documents you upload.
- Basic technical data. Our website host and content-delivery provider (such as Cloudflare) may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.
Information we ask you NOT to send
Please do not send employee names, medical information, payroll details, employee records or confidential case details through the form or by email. If you share a document, please redact it first.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and assess fit
- To scope, deliver and invoice agreed services
- To keep basic business and tax records
- To protect the security of our website and services
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share information with
Only service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: Google (Workspace email and forms), our website host, our payment processor and our scheduling tool. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@jdhr.solutions. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this notice. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
