What it does
- Answers common questions 24/7 about your hours, location, service area, services, rough pricing (if you publish it) and policies, all drawn from your existing information.
- Points people to the next step, like your booking page, phone number, quote form or menu.
- Says "I don't know" instead of guessing. Anything it can't answer from your information goes to your email or contact form.
- Sends you a monthly list of what people asked, so you can see what customers want to know.
What it doesn't do: take payments, book appointments in your system (it links to your booking page instead), or give medical, legal or financial advice. Like any chatbot, it can occasionally get something wrong, so it's set up to stick to your published information and hand off when unsure.

How it works: try the free sample → buy a setup and the monthly plan → fill in a short online intake → I send you the install snippet or install it → it's live. Everything is done by email.
Questions
Do I need to get on a call?
No. The sample, purchase, intake and install are all handled online and by email.
Will it work with my website?
Most likely. It works with any site where you can paste a small code snippet, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy and Shopify. If your platform can't take it, you'll get a full refund.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
It's set up to answer only from your information and to hand off when it isn't sure. If you spot a wrong answer, email me and I'll correct it, which is included in the monthly plan.
What happens to my customers' information?
Questions people type are processed to generate answers. If you turn on lead capture, names and emails are sent only to you. Don't use it to collect health, payment or other sensitive information. See the privacy notice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan is month to month. Setup fees aren't refundable once the chatbot is live, but they are refunded in full if I can't get it working on your site.
