For CPAs, bookkeepers, benefits brokers, payroll and PEO reps, and employment attorneys
When your clients ask HR questions that aren't yours to answer
Your small-business clients bring you handbook questions, write-ups and "can I fire this person?" calls. I'm an Orlando HR practitioner you can send them to. I keep fixed prices, report back to you when the client agrees, and stay out of your lane.
What I take on
- Florida HR Checkups and compliance gap lists
- Employee handbooks and policy updates
- Onboarding, job descriptions, performance and write-up processes
- Employee-issue guidance and termination planning
- Month-to-month HR on Call
What I don't touch
- Payroll processing and payroll tax
- Benefits plans, quotes or enrollment
- Insurance of any kind
- Legal advice or representation; I refer those to counsel
- Bookkeeping, tax or accounting
When a client needs one of these, I send them back to you.
How referrals work

Clients can buy online on their own: a $79 HR Quick Answer for a single question, or a fixed-price Checkup, handbook or monthly support. They won't need a sales call. Prices are proposed. You stay in the loop
With the client's OK, I'll let you know the outcome and flag anything in your area.
