What you're buying

JD HR Solutions (Jarrod Steeley, Orlando, Florida) provides practical human-resources guidance and documents at the fixed prices and scopes shown on jdhr.solutions. Each purchase covers only the scope described for that option.

Not legal advice

JD HR Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created. For legal questions, claims, lawsuits or agency charges, consult a licensed Florida employment attorney.

Turnaround

Turnaround times are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) and start when your intake questionnaire is complete.

Payment

Fixed-price options are paid upfront through Stripe. HR on Call renews monthly until you cancel. Unused hours do not roll over.

Refunds

If I can't help with your request, or it needs an attorney rather than HR, you'll receive a full refund. If you haven't submitted your intake within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund. You can cancel HR on Call anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
